Camilla and Marc Celebrate Resort With Jessica Stam

By  |  0 Comments

Last eve, a haute Aussie crowd gathered in Chelsea to celebrate the Camilla & Marc Resort 2016 Collection. The sit-down dinner was hosted by the brand’s Sydney-based designers Camilla Freeman-Topper and Marc Freeman, along with the stunning Jessica Stam, who donned a refreshing white sleeveless turtleneck frock from the duo’s collection. “We’re very excited to be showing our resort collection in New York, which shows what the Camilla and Marc girl is feeling right now: she’s excited, adventurous, and probably a little more independent!” said Camilla. “Jessica is such a beautiful woman, we’ve loved her for a very long time. We’re so happy to have her here hosting the event with us!”

Guests, including Malcom Carfrae and blogger Blair Eadie, rendezvoused over a summery, and delicious, sit-down dinner catered by Silkstone. Each guest was welcomed at their seat with either a Camilla or Marc scented candle, depending on which of the two long tables you were seated at, and a row of beautiful pale pink and green flowers that made for the parfait setting. Also making an appearance at the get-together? Olivia Culpo (sadly no Nick Jonas in sight), who rocked an effortlessly-cool jumpsuit from the collection. “I’m excited to be here tonight! I’m in New York to work on some exciting projects in the fashion space, so it worked out!” said Culpo.

Ending the eve with strawberries and creme, the night featured the perfect combination of food, fashion and friends, indeed.
