Architectural Digest Goes Home With Thom Browne

by The Daily Front Row

Architectural Digest goes inside the Greenwich Village digs of Thom Browne, and the place is pretty much how we imagined he lived. The living room is furnished with pieces by Jacques Andet, including the chairs, cocktail table, and bar cart. The sofa is by Dunbar, and the lamp in the far corner is by T.H. Robsjohn-Gibbings. GQ deputy editor and artist Michael Hainey spruces up the room with his work. The rest of the place includes a bedroom with a 1960s Adgnet bed, even more Hainey art, a bathroom with a CFDA award in it, and an outside terrace with Salterni chairs from the 1960s. The closet is filled with a whopping 49,842 pairs of shorts. (We imagine.) His casa was decorated with some assistance from architectural designer David Biscaye of Biscaye Frères.
