Adriana Lima Tapped (Again) As Spokesmodel For Maybelline New York

by Dena Silver

Brazilian bombshell Adriana Lima is returning to Maybelline New York as one of the label’s spokesmodels. You won’t have to wait long to see her redux for the brand: print and TV campaigns starring Lima will be released this summer. Her first stint with the beauty brand was from 2003 to 2009; since then, she’s kept busy donning those Victoria’s Secret angel wings over and over, plus plenty of editorial work. To wit: this spring, Lima has covered a trifecta of Vogue editions (Turkey, Spain, and Italy).  Her other editorial scores have included covers for multiple editions of and Harper’s Bazaar. She’s also become a mother of two in the five years since her first run a Maybelline face.

“I am proud to say that I am a Maybelline girl, and I look forward to the work we will do together,” Lima said in a statement. “The imagery is always beautiful and positive which is what I admire most about the brand. To be a part of that again is a dream come true!” Lima joins the brand’s current spokesmodel set, which includes Christy Turlington, Emily DiDonato, and Jourdan Dunn, and Marloes Horst (the latter was The Daily Summer‘s cover gal for last year’s Memorial Day issue).

“We are honored to welcome back Adriana to our amazing roster of spokespeople,” said Jerome Bruhat, Global Brand President of Maybelline New York, in a statement. “Globally, women admire not only Adriana’s beauty but also her commitment to helping those in need…Her passion for life and positive energy is undeniable.” Congrats on rejoining the beauteous Maybelline spokesmodel posse, Adriana.

Woah! I’m really enjoying the template/theme
of this blog. It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s difficult to get that
“perfect balance” between usability and appearance.

I must say you’ve done a amazing job with this.
Additionally, the blog loads super fast for me on Internet explorer.
Outstanding Blog!
